Role Summary: 
We are seeking two proactive and results-driven Partnerships Managers for GBS Malta and EMA Paris to lead agent recruitment efforts. Ideal candidates will have strong relationship-building, business development skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on partnering with agents to drive student enrolments, achieve growth targets, and ensure conversion success.

Main Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning: 

  • Develop strategies AND meet enrolment goals. 
  • Analyse market trends and data for recruitment opportunities TO PROVIDE WEEKLY REPORTS TO MARKETING/RECRUITMENT WEEKLY MEETINGS AND CMO. 
  • Improve lead conversion rates CONVERT TO AGREED TARGETS and manage direct sales teams UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE CMO. 

2. Outreach & Relationship Building: 

  • Build relationships with educational institutions and agencies AND REPORT  IMPACT ANALYSIS TO RELEVANT BOARDS. 
  • Represent the institution at events to engage students. 
  • Organize (PLAN ADVERTISE AND EVALUATE) events like open days to increase applications. 

3. Data Analysis & Reporting: 

  • Collect and analyse recruitment data for strategic decisions BASED ON ONGOING DATA ANALYSIS. 
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment progress AS REQUESTED. 
  • Use data insights to optimize recruitment processes. 

4. Admissions Process Support: 

  • Work with admissions to streamline the application process and improve conversion rates. 

5. Enrolment Management: 

  • Collaborate with financial aid and enrolment teams to attract and retain students. 

Collaboration & Outreach: 

REPORT TO CMO

  • Align with the CMO and marketing teams on strategies. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with agent partners. 
  • Design B2B outreach strategies and email marketing campaigns. 
  • Represent the institution at key conferences and industry events. 
  • Analyse market trends and improve conversion rates.
