ROLE PURPOSE
To oversee the creative production process for GEDU (Global Education) and all it’s associated brands ensuring on time delivery of collateral and marketing content to support business growth.
This role will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders including marketing, student support and business development units developing mutually agreed critical paths and ensuring communication lines are clear and consistent.

Main Responsibilities
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day management of copywriting, design teams and marketing execs monitoring all work in progress and output.
- Working closely with Head of Production to ensure workflow of creative requirements is on time and in line with brand guidelines.
- Develop robust processes for the delivery of materials to support business development goals, taking briefs from stakeholders and developing critical delivery paths.
- Oversee the end-to-end collateral production schedule, including management of studio booking schedules and creative resource allocation to ensure all work is delivered to agreed timings and budgets.
- Analysing and reporting on project status of all work planned and in progress to allow optimum use of resources.
- Management of production cost information for projects briefed to the design and production team.
- Set performance objectives and manage performance in line with the GEDU performance management process.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
- Exceptional understanding of digital and offline marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Ability to manage creative teams across copywriting, motion graphics, account execs.
- Capable of always working on multiple projects.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to reprioritise work to ensure critical paths are managed effectively.
- Can navigate a complex organisation.
- Ability to define key stakeholders and effectively communicate with and influence staff at all levels of seniority.
- Ability to co-ordinate and lead meetings with individuals across all business areas
- Drives improvement through implementation of best practice and new techniques
