What We Do: Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will support on creating the marketing strategy and have full responsibility for implementing, executing and analysing this. You will have a key focus on social media awareness and search strategy within the market and add value and input to all online activities, in order to maximise results and achieve ROI.
Main Responsibilities
- Executing and supporting the marketing strategy alongside the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Managing and planning the budget and resources and executing all deliverables on time.
- Analysing the performance of our key lead generation platforms to ensure the right balance of quantity and quality leads is being gained.
- Executing local marketing, outdoor campaigns, event marketing and outreach programmes.
- Creating dynamic online marketing campaigns alongside our in-house production team.
- Supporting and mentoring the GBS Marketing Executive and Data Technician Apprentice.
- Proactively managing key relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level in marketing or a related subject.
- Substantial management and leadership experience in a marketing environment.
- Have previous experience on CRM system (experience of using Zoho is a plus).
- Have some experience or exposure to the education market/sector.
- Excellent team management and organisational skills.
- An excellent knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management (PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, CRM, CMS).
- Approaches work meticulously with thorough attention to detail.
- Experience of full mix marketing, both on and offline.
- Experience managing budgets and proving ROI.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work.
- Good analytical/numerical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
