An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Marketing Manager based in London promoting and developing the brand and courses within the Global Banking School (GBS) portfolio to a national audience.

 

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will support on creating the marketing strategy and full responsibility for implementing, executing and analysing a fully integrated marketing strategy (focused heavily on online channels and paid advertising). Key focus on social media awareness and search strategy within the market and adding value and input to all online activities, in order to maximise results and achieve ROI.

 

You will be expected to be fully involved from a ‘hands on’ perspective, working with key stakeholders as well as the marketing/sales teams in London and Noida (India) ensuring targets are achieved. Particular focus will be on lead generation targets, spend of marketing budget, consumer journey and integration of all marketing activities.

 

We are looking for a skilled digital marketer with a proven record of managing online and offline marketing budgets, achieving leads targets, preparing in depth marketing reports and ability to demonstrate ROI. From time to time, the successful candidate maybe asked to also support and deliver ad hoc projects for the marketing team and our brand based on business needs and dependent on performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Executing and supporting the marketing strategy alongside the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Managing and planning budget, resource and executing on all deliverables on time
  • Executing local marketing, outdoor campaigns, event marketing and outreach programmes
  • Working collaboratively to execute strategies to maximise Digital footprint and high SEO
  • Creating dynamic online marketing campaigns alongside our in-house Production Team
  • Reporting on KPIs and identifying growth opportunities and promotional partnerships in the online and local market
  • Analysing post campaign reports (i.e PPC report, Keywords Performance Report, GA report, CRM report) and implementing recommendations for CRO purposes
  • Evaluating target audiences and delivering to their needs
  • Ensuring integration with other marketing channels and improving the multichannel experience for all customers
  • Supporting and mentoring one marketing executive
  • Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager on strategy and planning
  • Proactively managing key relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Evaluating and understanding the customer lifecycle to target potential audience and deliver to their needs
  • Have previous experience on CRM system (experience of using Zoho is a plus)
  • Occasional travel to our east London, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester campuses
  • Have some experience or exposure to Education market / sector.

 

Requirements

ESSENTIAL SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Educated to degree level in marketing or a related subject
  • A minimum of three years’ management experience in a marketing environment
  • Excellent team management skills
  • An excellent knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management (PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, CRM, CMS)
  • Approaches work meticulously with thorough attention to detail
  • Experience of full mix marketing, both on and offline
  • Experience managing budgets and proving ROI
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work
  • Good analytical/numerical skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

    • Stage 1: A 30-minute virtual interview with the Senior Marketing Manager
    • Stage 2: A 1-hour face-to-face interview with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing.
