Academic Standards & Quality Coordinator - London
To provide administrative support for designated areas of work and activities with the Academic Standards and Quality Office which includes the provision of administrative support to the Director and Associate Director of Academic Standards and Quality. To produce relevant departmental/office documentation including those related to HR activities and dealing with general ASQO queries from other departments and faculties.

- This role is fully onsite on our London Cam Road Campus.
Main Responsibilities
• To provide administrative support to the Academic Standards and Quality Office as required.
• To respond to queries from academic and professional service departments and awarding bodies in a professional and customer-focussed manner.
• To produce relevant departmental/office documentation.
• Coordinate all administrative tasks in the office to include dealing with enquiries.
• To deal with all forms for correspondence, including confidential documents, responding directly where appropriate by circulating, providing information or arranging meetings.
• To provide support for a number of HR related procedures including monitoring staff absences, annual leave etc.
• To maintain accurate records and files relating to ASQO business.
• To act as a note taker, as required, to ASQO team meetings.
• To work with and complete tasks set by the Associate Director and/or Academic Quality Manager.
• Take on special projects as required and related to the role of Department Coordinator.
• To work efficiently, accurately and with high level of attention to detail
• The Academic Quality Officer formally reports to the Associate Director of Academic Standards and Quality and will be allocated tasks and responsibilities by the Associate Director and/or Academic Quality Managers.
• Liaises with Deans, Associate Dean(s), Student Success Tutor(s), Programme Leaders, teaching staff and professional services staff, as appropriate, and under the guidance of the Associate Director and/or Academic Quality Managers.
Requirements
• Excellent written skills with some experience of report writing
• Ability to compile, analyse and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work to challenging deadlines and deliver set objectives
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Willing to travel to GBS campuses, as appropriate.
