What We Do: To provide administrative support for designated areas of work and activities with the Academic Standards and Quality Office which includes the provision of administrative support to the Director and Associate Director of Academic Standards and Quality. To produce relevant departmental/office documentation including those related to HR activities and dealing with general ASQO queries from other departments and faculties.
Main Responsibilities
About the Role:
• To provide administrative support to the Academic Standards and Quality Office as required.
• To respond to queries from academic and professional service departments and awarding bodies in a professional and customer-focussed manner.
• To produce relevant departmental/office documentation.
• Coordinate all administrative tasks in the office to include dealing with enquiries.
• To deal with all forms for correspondence, including confidential documents, responding directly where appropriate by circulating, providing information or arranging meetings.
• To maintain accurate records and files relating to ASQO business.
Requirements
About you:
•Excellent written skills with some experience of report writing
• Ability to compile, analyse and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work to challenging deadlines and deliver set objectives
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Willing to travel to GBS campuses, as appropriate.
